We are a proudly Mexican company, born in 1986, leader in the manufacturing of cardboard tubes for the firework industry. Within our product portfolio we have more than 80 different measurements of convolute and spiral tubes, in various types of papers and cardboards to fit our client requirements. Our infrastructure is comprised of 26,000 sq. feet of production and storage warehouses. • Currently we have 25 tube winders and cutting machines. • Karosi’s workforce consists of more than 50 employees, with an important number of years of experience in the tubes production niche. • We distribute more than 100 million tubes a year.

Convoluted paper tubes and convoluted paper cores are used in a wide range of industries and applications, often requiring higher beam strength than typical spiral paper tubes. In some applications, convoluted tubes may be a more cost-effective solution.

Kraft Liner Spiral paper tubes
Spiral paper tubes, on the other hand, are made by winding sheets of paper, one on top of the other at an angle onto a mandrel in a continuous spiral. The paper is usually thinner than that used for convolute paper tubes and can be made from a variety of materials including kraft, recycled paper, and coated paper. The layers of paper are also glued together with a high-strength adhesive to create a smooth surface tube.
